- Support Representative
For our Mesa, Arizona support center.
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries by telephone, fax and email. A qualified candidate will be experienced in customer service. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must.
Knowledge of Windows a plus. Duties include training users on software operations, troubleshooting user problems to determine appropriate path for solution. Resolving problems by issuing corrective instructions; consulting with co-workers and vendors.
Ability to work with a team, reliability and consistency are requirements.
Skills/Qualifications: Excellent Customer Service, Phone Skills, Problem Solving Skills.
Product Knowledge and Training will be provided. Complete benefit package includes Medical, 401K, PTO and 7 paid holidays. Minimal travel and weekend work required.
