Aaah. There are so many settings, that wouldn't be hard to do. Think maybe I'll go double check mine.

Hi Ed,

His eUpdates were turned off. This caused his rates to not match his billing,

So, what was the problem? Never know when I might do the same thing.

Hi Colette
Sorry for not responding sooner, store has been busy. Ran the rate setting utility again and retail rates have still not changed. Have had to increase our markup to offset the fedex rate increase. I have run the utility before and am fairly confident it was run correctely for both fedex ground and express. Is there a way to be sure our published rates were updated correctly in 7.6 update. The update ran fine with no errors.

Hello Allen,

The quick rate setting utilities do give you the ability to set your wholesale and retail rates based on the new published rates. There are different options to choose in the quick rate setting utility, so you may want to run them again to make sure you have chosen the options that you want to set. Also, remember that there is a quick rate setting utility for both FedEx and FedEx ground and both need to be run.

If you continue to have issues, please let us know and we can give you a call.

Thank you,

Ran the 7.6 update in Jan. which raised the published rates. I ran the special rate utility setting my wholesale rates based on my tier and my retail rates based on my existing % markup over wholesale. Shouldn't that have raised my wholesale and retail rates to correspond to the published rate increase. My retail rates in PM have not changed and the only place I see the rate increase is on my FedEx bills. What am I missing.
